We prohibit child sexual abuse material, exploitation or enticement of minors, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, stolen content, and copyright infringement. Uploaders must own or be authorized to share every submission and must hold valid written consent and age-verification records for every depicted person.

Report content

Use the Report action on the video so our team receives the exact content reference, or email [email protected]. For copyright notices, use [email protected] and include the original work, the exact Pornotags URL, your contact details, required good-faith and accuracy statements, and your signature. Stolen-content reports should include a link to the original publication or ownership evidence.

Response targets

We target one-hour acknowledgement and containment for suspected CSAM, imminent harm, and non-consensual content; four hours for other urgent safety issues; 24 hours for copyright or stolen-content reports; and 72 hours for non-urgent reports. These are operational targets, not guarantees.

What happens next

We may hide content during review, preserve legally required evidence under restricted access, suspend accounts, prevent re-uploads, report apparent child exploitation through the appropriate CyberTipline/law-enforcement channels, and remove content permanently. Moderation decisions are recorded in a restricted audit trail.
